富血供肿瘤是指肿瘤中的血管比较丰富，而肿瘤的血液供应就决定了肿瘤的生长速度，因此富血供肿瘤是恶性肿瘤的特征。 胰腺富血供肿瘤主要有胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors,PNET)、肾透明细胞癌胰腺转移瘤(pancreatic metastasis from renal cell carcinoma,PRCC)、实性假***状瘤(solid pseudo-papillary tumors of pancreas,SPTP)、胰腺异位内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic endocrine neoplasia,PECN)等。
